First time Swimmin'!

Mark and Terah have a little kiddy pool, one warm day while we were there visiting we decided that the weather was perfect for a little dip. This was Chloe's first time "swimming". I assumed that because Chloe loves the bath so much, she would love the pool. Boy was I WRONG!! I started to set her in the water and she freaked out like as if I was putting her into a pool of melted snow. After she calmed down she was content to sit on my lap...


... and watch Alicia play by herself...


...we tried going near the water again, and with a little coaxing I got Chloe to admit that...
... the edge of the pool was ok...

...then daddy took over and finally got the feet in...
...and then the rear, yikes, thats cold!!

... and even got her to kinda sorta maybe like it. :)

Oh well, we'll keep trying!! :D He he! You may have noticed that Chloe and Alicia have matching swimming suits. This was entirely by mistake! I guess Terah and I have similar taste in little girl swimming suits...or that was the only cute one Target had...:D
