Thankful November Day 13

So often (especially as I Mother three kids) I feel the Romans 7 battle waging inside of me. You know what I'm talking about right? In Romans 7:15 Paul says "For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I would like to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate." I often feel like I see more sin in myself now than I ever did in the past. But I know the Holy Spirit is at work in my life! If it wasn't for the Spirit, I wouldn't feel that battle at all. I see in myriads of ways how he is patiently convicting me, changing me, working in me to overcome sin, placing me in places or circumstances that expose me to just what I needed at that time. I am so thankful for God's Holy Spirit dwelling inside of me, sanctifying me, helping me, just like Christ said He would! (John 14:16,26; 15:26; 16:7)
