June Trip: The Colorado Chapter

 I mentioned in the June Favorites post that we went on a trip to Colorado and Idaho. Enjoy these peeks into the fun we had during the Colorado half of the adventure.

Brian got to go on an amazing guys only hiking/camping retreat in the Colorado mountains with guys from our church. It was so fun to hear him talk and plan for it and slowly buy gear (using christmas and birthday money) that he would need. He was so excited! It ended up being a smallish group, but a good mix of older and younger and everywhere in between :).

Since he was going there and our Casebolt reunion was planned for right after that. The kids and i went along and stayed at my Grandparents with Dad and Cheryl. It was a wonderful visit made even more special by the presence of my sister and her Hubby and kiddos.

Colton picked up this clipping from a horse hoof and said "Look Mom! It's a "C"!"

Cheryl bought the kids these matching outfits... we did a quick mini photo shoot before church and these are some of my favorites.

Colton enjoyed lounging with my Grampa and chatting with him. It was fun to watch, he'd sit there for a surprisingly long amount of time and they would  just chat about all kinds of things.

We celbrated Chloe's birthday a couple days early!
