A visit from my sweet sister

As soon as we knew we could very well be moving away Mark and Terah immediately began planning two trips. A trip for Terah to come out as soon as I wanted her to, and a trip for their whole family to come out later this summer. I told Terah when we left that I thought it would be fun if she came out once I was mostly unpacked and help with the fun stuff like hanging pictures and shelves and decorating. So, they bought her a ticket for about a month after we left. As I knew it would, the month slowly crawled by until she got here and then the three and a half days we had together just flew! I almost feel like the time I had with her was a distant dream and yet at the same time the memories of the time spent with her are very real and I'm so thankful for every moment we had!
The reason I'm just now blogging this is because sadly my camera was dead at the time and we couldn't find the charger. I had to wait to get the ones from Terah that she took. Sadly, (story of my life) I didn't think to take any of the really good pictures, like Terah with my kiddos or Terah and I together. :( But anyhow, these are the ones we did get!

We crammed three carseats into the back of my car to go to the O'Neals for dinner.
This is the main thing we got done while Terah was here. Besides lots of visiting. She helped me decide where I wanted some of my bigger furniture pieces to go!

Once Terah moved the bookshelf for me we decided the mirror should go here, so we put Brian to work on that as soon as possible!
This is another thing that Terah helped me get started in our hallway. Our family picture wall!
