Thankful November: Days 3 and 4

So, knowing me, and the state of my life right now (i.e. figuring out life and the art of mothering 3 children) i should have known that getting a blog post up everyday would be difficult. it's been two days and I'm already behind. Oh well! At least the goal is being fulfilled in that it's reminding me to dwell on things that I'm thankful for!

Here's what I was thinking for today and yesterday:

Day 3: I'm ever so very thankful for my sweet little Andrew Thomas! Drew turned two months old today and I can't believe how these two months have flown by! At the same time though I'm thankful for the way he just seems to be a natural part of our family, almost like its always been this way. I love his snugly little body up against me, I love the little bright eyed smiles that are beginning to be more common. I love watching him perk up and wiggle more when his big sister and brother are where he can see and hear them. I'm just so thankful to our Lord for bringing him safely into this world and giving him such wonderful health and growth so far!

This is one of his first awake smiles that i've been able to catch on camera!

Day 4: Fellowship and teaching from Gods word! I just love our church. There are so many sweet faces I look so forward to seeing every week! The time spent singing praises to our King are so encouraging, and the teaching that we sit under from Gods word is always so encouraging and leaves me convicted and ready to go out and apply what i've just learned. I know its the way God meant for a local church body to be and I'm so very thankful!
