Here are a few of the things that have come to mind lately.
My husband! I think I pretty much always want to write about Brian Casebolt. But, I resist the urge to do it every time. The past few weeks however I have noticed over and over again his sweet gentle spirit that is so ready and willing to trust our great God no-matter what! We've gone through a lot lately, and yet he remains firm when it comes to believing that God is perfectly in control! I need that example so much as it's much easier for me to doubt, worry and fear.
A truck for my hubby! In case you weren't aware. His little green car was dying and we were in need of something. Brian really wanted a truck, but knew it had to be something that we could still have the option of carrying kids in. We had a very low budget and the Lord provided this at an amazing price, with very few miles on it!
Butterflies! My sweet Chloe is often exclaiming over the sighting of butterflies! "Oh they're so beautiful!" she'll often proclaim!" This week we were driving somewhere and she said "Mom, I like butterflies" to which I responded. "So do I! I'm so thankful God made butterflies!" Chloe replied "me too!" And I decided it had to go on the thankful list!
A wonderful visit from a bunch of Montana family! Auntie Sarah, Auntie Hannah, Uncles Matt, Dan and Josh and Gramma loaded up and drove about 15 hours to visit us the week after Chloe's birthday. It was so good to see all of them! I love every opportunity that we have to get to know each of them a little better. I especially love watching Chloe and Colton with all those Aunties and Uncles.
America! Land that I love! So thankful to be alive and free in this country. True, it's far from perfect. But it's home and we're so blessed to live here!
Gods precious and very great promises! And the reminders of many of these in Sunday School this past Sunday!
